Service Description
Create polished Christmas portraits with YEG Santa Claus and his recommended professional photographer. This option is ideal for families, private photo sessions, businesses, or hosted photography events that want a coordinated Santa-and-photographer experience. Santa will work with the photographer to create natural, festive poses and warm interactions with individuals, children, families, or groups. Photography services and fees are arranged separately with the photographer, including image delivery and image-use terms. This service is for clients who would like to work with Santa's recommended photographer. If you already have your own photographer, please choose the separate Santa Appearance with Your Photographer service . Planning to include a pet? Please mention this when booking. Well-behaved pets may be included when appropriate, but participation must be confirmed in advance and may be subject to the photographer’s or venue’s policies. Please note: This service is subject to photographer availability. Your booking is not confirmed until photographer availability has been verified and your booking request has been approved.
Cancellation Policy
BOOKING REQUESTS: Requests must be submitted at least 5 days before the desired session. A request is not confirmed until photographer availability has been verified and the booking has been approved. BOOKING & PAYMENT: Once the request is approved, a $50 deposit payment request will be sent. The booking is secured when the deposit is received. Any remaining balance owed to YEG Santa Claus is due 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Photography services, pricing, image packages, delivery timelines, and image-use terms are arranged and paid separately with the photographer. After your booking request is approved, YEG Santa Claus will introduce you to the photographer so those details can be finalized. CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session to receive a refund of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session will forfeit the deposit. RESCHEDULING: Rescheduling must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled session and is subject to Santa and photographer availability. When possible, the deposit may be transferred to the rescheduled session. AVAILABILITY: If the photographer is unavailable, the booking request will not be approved and no deposit will be charged. If YEG Santa Claus or the photographer must cancel after the session has been confirmed, any deposit paid will be refunded in full.
