Santa's visits are designed to be fun, gentle, engaging, and age-appropriate, with plenty of smiles, laughter, and Christmas spirit. Depending on the size and format of your group, a visit can include a grand Santa entrance, conversation with the children, Christmas stories, songs, questions for Santa, distribution of gifts supplied by the centre, and time for individual or group photos. Every visit is approached with patience and care. Children are never pressured to sit with Santa or participate, allowing shy or uncertain little ones to enjoy the experience at their own comfort level. Perfect for daycares, preschools, early learning programs, child-care centres, and holiday celebrations for younger children throughout Edmonton and surrounding communities. Cancellation Policy
BOOKING & PAYMENT: A $50 deposit is required to secure your booking. Any remaining balance is due 48 hours before the scheduled start time. CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time will receive a full refund of the $50 deposit. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time will forfeit the $50 deposit. RESCHEDULING: Rescheduling is permitted up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. When possible, the deposit may be transferred to a rescheduled visit instead. CANCELLATION BY YEG SANTA CLAUS: If YEG Santa Claus must cancel the booking, the deposit will be refunded in full.
