Service Description
Make your company Christmas celebration memorable with a polished, professional appearance by YEG Santa Claus. This service is designed for larger or more formal company events such as staff Christmas parties, company family celebrations, banquets, employee appreciation events, holiday receptions, and other organized corporate functions. Santa can greet guests, mingle with employees and families, pose for individual and group photos, help with gift distribution, take part in planned presentations or special moments, and bring an authentic Christmas presence to the event. The visit can be adapted to fit your agenda, venue, audience size, and the tone of your celebration. For retail promotions, storefront appearances, client-facing activations, or shorter business visits focused on customers and promotion, please choose the separate Business Visit service.
Cancellation Policy
BOOKING & PAYMENT: A $50 deposit is required to secure your booking. Any remaining balance is due 48 hours before the scheduled start time. CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time will receive a full refund of the $50 deposit. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time will forfeit the $50 deposit. RESCHEDULING: Rescheduling is permitted up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. When possible, the deposit may be transferred to a rescheduled visit instead. CANCELLATION BY YEG SANTA CLAUS: If YEG Santa Claus must cancel the booking, the deposit will be refunded in full.
