Service Description
Bring neighbours together for a festive Christmas celebration with a professional appearance by YEG Santa Claus. This service is ideal for condominium communities, homeowners' associations, community leagues, residential complexes, neighbourhood gatherings, and other organized community events. Santa can greet residents and families, mingle with guests, pose for individual and group photos, visit with children, help distribute organizer-supplied gifts, and take part in planned holiday activities. The visit can be adapted to suit your venue, number of attendees, and the style of your community celebration. This option is designed for residential and neighbourhood events. For business promotions or customer-facing appearances, please choose the Business Visit service. For larger company functions or formal staff celebrations, please choose Corporate Event.
Cancellation Policy
BOOKING & PAYMENT: A $50 deposit is required to secure your booking. Any remaining balance is due 48 hours before the scheduled start time. CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time will receive a full refund of the $50 deposit. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time will forfeit the $50 deposit. RESCHEDULING: Rescheduling is permitted up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. When possible, the deposit may be transferred to a rescheduled visit instead. CANCELLATION BY YEG SANTA CLAUS: If YEG Santa Claus must cancel the booking, the deposit will be refunded in full.
