This service is ideal for retail stores, offices, salons, showrooms, client events, promotional appearances, grand openings, and other customer-facing Christmas activities. Santa can greet customers and staff, pose for photos, mingle with guests, support promotional activities, help create social-media moments, and add a warm Christmas presence to your event. The format can be adapted to suit your space, audience, and business goals. This option is best suited to business and promotional appearances. For larger staff parties, company family celebrations, banquets, or formal corporate functions, please choose the separate Corporate Event service.
Cancellation Policy
BOOKING & PAYMENT: A $50 deposit is required to secure your booking. Any remaining balance is due 48 hours before the scheduled start time. CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time will receive a full refund of the $50 deposit. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time will forfeit the $50 deposit. RESCHEDULING: Rescheduling is permitted up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. When possible, the deposit may be transferred to a rescheduled visit instead. CANCELLATION BY YEG SANTA CLAUS: If YEG Santa Claus must cancel the booking, the deposit will be refunded in full.
